So far in the 180 i move my two oscars in,3 bala sharks, 1 jd,1 pleco,1 female con,and 1 striped raphel.Do you think i would be able to put in a clown knife fish in with these guys? Also would i be able to put in 3 silver dollars or two pictus cats?maybe both or is that pushing it?

A Clown Knife would need your whole 180 all to itself, I'm afraid to say  :-\  They also do not make good tankmates for boisterous cichlids like Oscars.  My Oscar pair harrassed my Clown constantly, to the point where he wouldn't even come out of his hidey hole at night  :(

I agree with Zombieslayer, you are maxed out on fish as it is.  Best to leave things as they are  O0

I would think you could put in some smaller dither fish but silver dollars get too big for your mix right now.  I would think some giant danio's, columbian or buenos aeries tetras would be OK but other than that you would have too many fish with some size in that tank.  Good luck.

1 EBJD (Cichlasoma Octofasciatum)
1 Salvini Cichlid (Cichlasoma/Nandopsis Salvini)
1 Royal Pleco (Panaque Nigrolineatus)
Several cory cats
1 Syndontis Catfish
numerous Giant Danio's
1 Boesmani Rainbowfish
