My dad is getting me 1 fish for the holidays. What should it be?

Firemouths are an american cichlid too ;)  However for a 55 myself i'd go with a GT or Texas  >:D

Fire mouths are american. I don't want a red devil. I don't want a green terror either cause I already have a blue acara/green terror hybrid(I think, it's more acara than terror) (not my fault I got it for free from the pet store) Maybe a firemouth. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

I don't like texas. They have no "cichlid flava". I catch them in my lake all the time too. (I live in Florida)

many of the cichlids suggested so far will get too big for a 55gal
