I have had good news this week my dad is going to lend me the money to buy the tank that i wanted!

so 280 gallon tank is coming my way.

should be ordering it in the next week or so!

cheers. i got all the money in the bank but i got a trip to newquay in mind for july 14 to july 21 and it sud be awesome just a booze up even tho i wont be 18 till july 25th i look like 19 so. lol

Anyway i am going to pay 200 straight off and then my dad is going to pay the rest so.

Me and my dad are going to do a diy stand and hood cus he is absolutely awesome and wood work goot 2 o levels in it i think. Equielent to to A levels in gcse. which is really quite good and a diy sump filter and maybe a diy overflow that i brushed up on last week. made one out of paper in my bed room at 12 at night.

nah i wont get caught.

me and my mates are only going to the pubs ect in the area not really clubbing lot. going out with meals and stuff with my girlfriend too. sub be really kewl.

Sounds good, look forward to seeing the tank come together.  I would have to strongly recommend that while the tank is still at the manufacturer you have them do the drilling and install the internal overflows.  You may not think the added cost is worth it right now, but I guarantee you that you will wish you had within 6 months of setting the tank up with hang on style overflow.

would i not be able to do that at a later stage then?

using a diamond blade??? and is it a realy good idea then????? what would this do? automatically make the water go down into the sump????
