One of these days I know I'm gonna break down ans spend some real $$$$$ on a fish. It almost happened yesterday, but $35.00 for a fish just seems insane to me. I bought 6 fish for $39.00. As a matter of fact I paid more for the jumbo tetra sticks $13.00 than any 2 fish. guess I'm just cheap ;D ;D ;D

You think that's bad!?!?!?  You should try living in a country with limited imports and availability.  I can't find a fancy Pleco for under US$85.00, and most are well over US$100.00.  Hence the reason I have Commons  ;D
