Compatible Tank Mates They do not mix well with their own kind unless in a larger tank 100+.  They do well with many other fish like clownfish, damselfish, gobies, psuedochromis, tangs etc… It’s recommended that they be the last fish to be added to a tank that is less then 100 gals.  Do not house this fish with large predators.

Diet / Fish Food Herbivore, have plenty of live rock with algae or everyday give them dried seaweed, dried algae and washed spinach using a veggie clip. They will also eat flake, pellets, meaty and frozen food.

Tank Region All over and adds a lot of activity and color to the tank.  Make sure you have plenty of hiding spaces.

Gender Difficult to determine

General Information Beautiful colored fish adds lots of movement to the tank.  Will chase tank mates and nip on occasion but general not very aggressive.  This fish is one of the best choices for the reef aquarium and for a fish only aquarium and wonderful for beginners.
