Where did you come up with the specific computer criteria and not a specific IP address criteria?

I just flat cannot tell from my experimenting and except via notation of a daily upward curve I do not know if it is me or just other folks who have started voting.

yep agreed i did try do it myself voting every 5 mins or so and the site i was voting for disapeared to me for 24 hours or so

I did not intend to set off an uncontrolled fusion reaction here but was just asking a question.

As you are aware the header contains the IP Address and somehow a compute ID (I do not have a clue here):  ie. a company with 150 employees each of which has an identical IP address ...

Sometimes when I use several of the computers at the office to vote we go up and sometimes we do not.

I was just trying to save some time if I was p............g in the wind here.

I really don't either and hence my question (and this is very irritating to me as as much as I have fought the hacking I still do not have a good handle on the encapsulation).

I have 3 IP addresses which are easily available.  Two have a couple of computers on them and one has many computers on it.
