It's an Electric Blue Ahli, Sciaenochromis ahli.  They're a different species from Peacocks, but I understand that they will interbreed if you're not careful.  One of the giveaways is the white strip on the top of the dorsal fin.  To my knowledge, it's only the Ahli's that have the white stripe, Peacocks have a yellow, orange or red strip on a blue fish, and sometimes a blue stripe on a red or yellow fish.

Tim, love the Eyebiters  O0  I'd love to have a spare tank to keep a school of these one day.

Electric Yellows?  They're a nice contrast against the bright blue of the other two species and placid enough not to cause any problems with the Ahli's, who IME tend towards being whimpish.

Also, if your tank is on the larger size, you could look at Otopharynx lithobates if they're available in Aus.  I don't know a huge amount about them, but a friends used to keep them and said they're pretty relaxed and easy-going, at least in terms of Mbuna.  They're just a little bigger than most, more toward the size of the Eyebiters than the Ahli's.
