African cichlids

Hey everyone,
I recently got a new set-up which unexpectantly came with a bunch of african cichlids. My knowledge on africans is very limited and I don't even know what kinds they are. I've been told on other forums that this is the place to come to indentify cichlids. If anyone thinks they may be able to help me identify them, let me know and I'll email you pics. Or if someone could tell me how exactly to put pics in a post as I can't quite firgure it out.

Don't know what's going wrong with the pics, I can't see them just got red Xs.

I had this before when everybody else could see the pics and I couldn't, can anybody else see them OK?
