i now have a kerosene heated, if it comes down to it I can take out a gallon or two out of my tank and replace with luke warm water to keep the temp up next time, also looking at getting a battery powered airpump.

   I live in Arizona and we had a power outage for three days, it was awful. Thank God we have a wood burning stove, so we heated pans of water on top for the tanks and we used a water bed air portable machine to supply air bubbles, connected to the car lighter- of course we had to start the car for  awhile, but it saved my 100 fish :beer:

A little update, the fish did great thru the storm, but not long after my black tiger O started fighting with my albino and stressed the albino out till he wouldnt eat and he ended up dying a few weeks ago.

I think Albino's are real delicate, I've never had them very long. :'(
