My female C.Moori (aka Blue Dolphin) had been holding her fry for around 4-5 weeks and was starting to look anxious.  With a number of other large fish in the tank she was obviously trying to find somewhere to spit her fry that would keep them safe.

So to help along I emptied a semi planted 60 litre of shrimp and transferred water from the African tank during a water change.  I caught her and put her into said 60 litre.  She wasn't too happy at first but quickly realised that the only thing in there with her were a few stray shrimp, so out came the fry - fantastic to watch, especially with half of them trying to get back in !!  Anyway she wasn't lettin them so back out she came.

This is them just after they were left on their own, pretty much staying together:


And 30 mins later, they were all out and about the tank exploring, that is the end cap from a heater by the way, because they were trying to find something to hide under or in at first:
