Well I figured I would update you all on the customer service of Commodity Axis, who is the US importer of the Viaaqua heaters. Well from the time that I last replied to this post (Back in NOVEMBER), until the beginning of January, I kept calling and playing phone tag with a representative named Kevin from Commodity Axis. Finally after a bunch of BS, he told me to mail the heater out to them where they will most likely just send me a new one. I sent it out on Jan 5th and delivery conformation says it was delivered on the 12th. So I waited a couple weeks and nothing, so I called this Wednesday morning and left him yet again another voice mail asking for the status of my heater...I'm still waiting for my phone call back! :hit: This whole experience has been nothing but ridiculously frustrating! Its a good thing that I didn't have a tank to keep warm!

So needless to say that even though the Titaniumtube heater was a decent one, I will NEVER EVER buy one again and this is solely because of the horrible customer service! I will let you all know when a solution is finally reached. I really didn't care about the bad heater or even the money, but it was their customer service that made it a point of principal that I want to see them honor their warranty!

So with that said, for my new 125 I bought 2 250 Watt Marineland Stealth Pro heaters and I love them! I miss having the remote thermostat but I don't mind the cleaner look in the tank, of not having the extra temperature sensor wire in the tank either. I really can't say that there is anything bad with these units and they keep my tank within 0.5 degree F, which I think is pretty consistent.

And in the words of Forest Gump, "Thats all I got to say about that."  :)
