It was justca little Cory cat the store didn't have anything labeled right so I'm not sure.  Right now the sev are alone in the 75 and everyone else is in the 36

OK, cory's are a south American Species and require the type of water that the Sevs are in, and they also like to be in groups as they're a social fish. To be honest, unless It's one of the giant species I wouldn't keep it with any larger Americans mate. Those Sevs are going to get quite big and the Jewels might give it a hard time.

As for the Jewels', put them in with the Severum, they're an African river species that require near enough the same water type as Americans, and although they can be quite plucky, aren't aggressive enough to be with most African lake Cichlids.

Have you got the differing water conditions sorted for both tanks?

the cories ight be OK with the Sev. not seen as a threat by some, but like all cichlids you never know for sure till you try
