I see a lot of different titles here. Do most of those people who get the cute or funny or bizzare title ie: darth cichlid and so forth ask for these or is it something awarded them by the administrators based on experience or personality?

Nah, usually it`s that people ask for such custom titles once in a while. Then again, some get a title they deserve at times ;)
