If the herps board does get the go ahead and it does eventually just sit there all posts will be moved to general aquaria.
At the moment the classified section is still up in the air as to whether it will be put on the chopping block or not.

Hello all I know you all probably don't know me or haven't heard from me but I would definately be interested in a herps forum...I have 2 at the moment but have had all kinds...I have an iguana and a savannah monitor at the moment but have been experienced with anoles, geckos, bearded dragons, iguanas, tegus, savannah monitors, veiled chameleons...all of which I have owned myself and I've also did a little bit of breeding so yea that would be awesome.. best of luck, Brandon

Ps...anyone with any questions on reptiles feel free to ask me...hopefully I'll be good at responding...later

Redear Sliders are not supposed to sold in Indiana either, but this little turtle came swimming up to my boat one day and my wife reached out and scooped him up! So we decided to keep him! This Ted about a year ago, now he almost the size of that rock.

A freind told me to try feeding my turtle turkey meat, Straight from the deli. And he loved it! He chowed it down! Also they said chicken is very good too. Anyone else ever heard this or tried it?

I've never heard of it...or tried it. But RES are primarily insectivore/carnivores right? Seems reasonable to me, I love turkey ;) I wouldn't feed it all the time, but, I don't think it would hurt adding it in every now and then for veriety.
