Time and conditioning.  Feed "richer" foods.  Things that are higher in protein and nutrients, and feed more often so that she comes into breeding condition faster.  Laying eggs, and developing eggs takes alot of energy and if the females isnt feed enough she may not breed as often.

since my she-con is the smallest of the pack - 4 parrot, 2 con, 1 red - she doesnt get alot of food. so im thinkin get her, her own space and feed her the food there. would this improve her breeding conditions? even tho there is no male in the same space with her?

If you remove the female from the male your kind of defeating the purpose.  Since you will break the pair bond.  If you can fmove the female you may as well just move the male with her and keep the pair seperate.  You wont get any surviving fry if you keep them with the parrots anyway, so breeding in that situation is pretty futile.  The parrots will eat the babies.  But given your situation, I doubt she is getting enough to eat to really get properly conditioned to get in the mood to breed, though with Convicts it is inevitable... you cant really do anything to prevent them from breeding really.

Do you ever use punctuation, good grammar, etc? Its pretty hard to understand when you spell right like "rite" as in it is the cheap drug store "rite aid".

Actually it is a little tedious to read.  Proper english and proper grammar or at least as close as you can get to it, will make your messages much easier to read and understand, which means people will be able to give you better advice and suggestions.  Many members completely ignore posts that are blatantly not "well written".  I must admit I am often one of them.

Ok ok. I'll start writing with some  grammar and correct spelling just because I could get better advice ;)

Same results after I put her in. The male con chases her around like he did to the first. I think the only reason she is running away from him is because she is new to the tank. I kept getting the feeling that the male con is actually a female. The only way I could tell that he is male is by is top extension. I have heard that female cons have extensions of the fin too. He has no bottom extension. He is half pink half black. So I can't see any orange dot or anything.  IF they are to ever breed I already have a 10 gal tank ready for the baby cons.

Questions:

If my male con was actually a male would he eventually get use to her? (He has two she-con and he looks like he is rejecting them)

Do you need a heater for the fry?
