 :( Really sorry for your loss, Dan. That's pretty awful. Oscars truly are little 'fishy people'! Tough break.
Well, as JC and FNESR have said, he should perk up soon enough.
I know what you mean with SAs. I feel the same way. Africans are beautiful fish, but even Frank admits that Fronts are "dumb as posts"! I want to eventually get a colony, but I don't think I would sacrifice any of my SAs for that. They do have the most amazing personalities!




LMAO Frank!!! You should change your online name from Frank to "MR. Front(osa)! No worries! I still want Fronts! OG doesn't have any available though anymore, so I gotta wait! ;)

Thanks Raven. She still acting a little weird, not eating as much, but she starting to"play" on her own.

I really wasn't thrilled with the "get rid of my fish for Fronts" comment, being that I just lost one of my favorite fish, but I guess you have to find humor in everything. Still boggles my mind as to what happened to my Oscar. Oh well. Thanks again.

I love that thread and the comments that were made especially the "african racists wankers" and the "gravel snobs". ;D

Anyway, I gotta know- When you got that 150 home did it seem huge? Now when you look at it does it not seem big enough? ;)

I know.  I already sent a provate message to Frank, saying that I wasn't really offended, more frustrated at my fish dieing. I'm totally cool with Frank.


You know, it's funny you said that, because It doe look smaller now that I got it in my house.  I am getting a 220G, eventually after Christmas.  The 150 looked way bigger in the store, LOL. But I do love it.

Sory to hear that Runner.head on over to the Hidden Reef andlok at all the salt water fish I can't afford. I'm trying to make you feel better and nothing makes me feel good like a trip to the LFS O0

Thanks.  Everythings cool now Mrbigfish.  I still got a nice setup.

I have 1  Tiger Oscar, 1 JD, 2 T.Sevs, 1 Blushing T.Barb, 1 Firemouth, 1 Pleco, 1 Pictus Cat and 1 Pink Kisser.  9 fish and sticking to the set-up, unless I get rid of the Barb or Kisser.   I'm very happy with it now.  Nice color combos.  It's weird, but the Oscar seems happier now. Strange.
