Topic: Breeding pair?

hi!!
Iīve a pair of angelfish of about 8cm.I donīt know the sex of them but last week one of them showed a tube in the anus and i think that itīs a femaleīs tube.The other was normal,no tubes,so finally the first oneīs tube dissapeared.This week they are fighting one with the other,and they use to scrach with the plantīs leaves.Why do they do that?Is it because the two of them are same sex?Please help me and sorry for my english!!
