Tracey how could you get me and zombie mixed up??  We look nothing alike!!  I thought we had something special and then i find out you have me confused with someone else  :'(  I'm crushed  :'( :'(

Just kidding O0  I personally don't know how you keep everything straight on here anyway.  I think you do an excellent job and am giving you a point for doing the leg work in finding those plecos.  good job T. ;D ;D

Gerry I should let you know that my Marbled Sailfin (that's the common name i found though i'm not real confident about it yet) is the king sh.. in my tank and has been with a 7" JD, a 6" RD and a 5" FH over the last two year or so.  He's never picked a fight but if one of those cich's tried to muscle him up, he usually beat them into submission until they just gave way to him.  Should be no problem for taking care of your O and teaching him who the real boss is >:::

Mine also grew fairly rapidly to about 4-5" and has now stalled at 6" or so.  I also didn't want a giant pleco and knew i was taking a chance when i got this guy without really knowing what he was but hopefully that info Tracey gave you from the catfish site is accurate and they only get to 8".  Most plec's are fairly slow growing except for the commons from my experience.  good luck.
